I’ve never been one for structure. Doing things the way they “should” be done does not bode well with me because I think there are so many innumerable ways to do such-and-such. And it just so happens that most people find a sort of rhythm and inner pace by doing such-and-such this certain way that this way turns into the “accepted” way, the “right” way....

Jalopy
Today was a cool, dreary day as far as weather goes. It was 80+ degrees yesterday, which just goes to show you how hormonal Texas climate is. Regardless, Hoan and I had our lunch outside, on a picnic table, at Jalopy. It was real good.
The owners were so friendly and taught me how to say “caprese” correctly, which is the sandwich I got.

I studied and read and studied and fell asleep.
