Making the best of a great situation.
I’ve been listening to Drake non-stop for the past two days. I doughnut know why. Also, I like the new-ish Baby Bash song. That guy has a smooth voice. Slide ooooover

Micromanaging roommate is no fun, no fun at all.
I had Pluckers today. Lemon pepper chicken wangs.
After this meal, I realized I haven’t been eating out much, but when I do, it’s always to the same places. Hoan and I went to Komé a couple of months ago and that’s really the last “good” and unfamiliar place we’ve been to. I don’t know what happened, but those trips used to be much more frequent. I hope...
I am looking for someone to share in an adventure that I am arranging, and it’s...

Thrifting brings insurmountable joy.
Apartment hunting is also bringing me joy.
And so is looking at flights.
Dang.
It doesn’t make sense to hire smart people and tell them what to do; we hire...

The good of 6th St.
-When it’s 80s Night and you’re by the bar, then they start playing The Cure and everyone you’re with immediately wants to go dance.
-When I run into people from long, long ago and am genuinely happy for this random encounter.
-When strangers give Hoan and me “couple compliments.”
-When they play R. Kelly’s Ignition remix as the last song of the evening.
...
-I love figuring people out. Because afterwards, everything makes a lot more sense!
-That being said, I hope no one ever figures me out… Heh
John Huntsman. I kinda like him. Too bad that doesn’t matter.

-Got a crapton of things checked off my to-do list at work
-Went to my book club and had discussions/desserts with gals
-Started journaling again in my new Moleskine that’s actually intended for writing and isn’t a planner
-Most likely settled on what my next apartment complex will be (it’s real cute, but probably not as cute as where I am now)
-It’s my dad’s...

I see a lot of the same people at work and there are some that I often ponder over after they leave the room, mostly because they look interesting or they said something really funny or it seems like we could be friends.
I have met a lot of these people within the past few days because they happen to be friends of a friend or we happen to share a moment while getting our morning teas/coffees....
I read that independence was a lightness in your step.
– Johnny Flynn
One of my favorite lyrics ever.

He's funny sometimes
Me: Hey, I need to pick up some groceries from MT.
Hoan: Oh, is it because your pantry is... MT?
Midnight in Paris made me so happy. That’s the kind of literature-film fusion I like!
You must love in such a way that the person you love feels free.
